Children’s & Teen’s Consignment Sale

Drop off Times:
Mon., March 15th & Tues., March 16th
From 9:30-11:30 am. & 5:30-8:00 pm.
ALL Consigners must call to obtain a NEW number.
You will drop off your items according to the following schedule:
Consigner Odd #’s--drop off on Mon.
Consigner Even #’s--drop off on Tues.
*Please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope to the drop-off/check-in.
Preview Sale:
Thursday, March 18th : 6:00 pm-7: 30 pm
For Consigners only!!
Sale Dates:
Friday, March 19th : 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Saturday, March 20th : 9:00am to 12:00pm
(Saturday is the half price sale)
Pick Up:
Saturday, March 20th : 1:30pm-2:30pm
Anything not picked up by 2:30pm will be donated to charity!
All sales are FINAL.
No returns or exchanges.
We accept cash or checks only.
Consigners, you will receive 60% of the price on the items that you sell. The other 40% goes to our Children’s Department. You will receive 70% for any item(s) priced at $40 or more.
what to sell
- Spring and Summer children’s clothing (newborn to size 16) including shoes in good condition.
- *** NEW ***TEEN CLOTHES Please bring ONLY Junior’s (odd # sizes; 0, 1, 3, etc.) and Young Men’s Style clothing. Items will be pulled and returned to you at drop off or set aside and not put out for sale if they are “Mom and Dad style” clothes.
- Maternity clothes and books.
- Toys, books, movies (children), video games, sports equipment, strollers, cribs, and other infant items.
- We reserve the right to reject items that are broken, torn, stained or inappropriate.
- There is a maximum 250-item limit per consigner.
How to sell:
- Call 379-8613 to obtain a NEW consigner number and leave a message for Tosha Lanier, or e-mail her at trlanier@hotmail.com.
- Everyone needs a new number!
3. Use half of a 3x5 index card. Write your consigner number in the bottom left corner, the price in the bottom right corner, and the size and a description in the middle of each card. (Please make sure to use a numeric size. (NOT--S, M, L)
- You may set your own prices. Items should be hung, priced, tagged & separated by size before you drop off.
- Prices need to be in .50 and 1.00 increments.
- All clothes must be hung on a hanger with the tag safety pinned to the left shoulder
- All shoes and small toys or books need to be in a Ziploc bag, taped shut, with tag taped on three sides.
- Any battery-operated toys must have batteries and be in working order. (Dollar Store batteries are fine for selling purposes). All toys must be clean. All tags should be attached and visible on toys and non-clothing items.
- Please separate your items between those for boys and those for girls and sort according to size. Rubber band, zip tie or twist tie like sizes.
- Important-if you do not want your items to go half price you should circle the price with a red marker.
- Your check will be mailed by Monday, April 5th.
